The aim of our society is to share the 'addiction' of African Violets by fostering interest and improved growing techniques among it's members. We know that, in the process, many new and exciting friendships develop along the way.

In addition to our monthly meetings held on the third Tuesday of each month from September to May, we also hold a Social Event every December and June. In April, we hold an annual Show and Sale at the Toronto Botanical Gardens, 777 Lawrence Avenue East.

There is also an Open House and Plant Sale on the last Sunday of September at the Toronto Botanical Gardens.

As a member, you receive a monthly newsletter from September through June. We also have guest speakers who share their expertise in growing African Violets.Membership fees are $15.00 per year.

Our society is affiliated with 'The African Violet Society of Canada', 'The African Violet Society of America' and 'The New York State African Violet Society'.
